Every Spring my heart beats a little faster while a await Peony season. I love love these little treasures and am so disappointed that they are not compatible with our climate in Southern California. When they are available in the store I have a tendency to over purchase, last week I picked up 6 bunches for our open house at the studio and this type is by far my favorite. My instagram is flooded with their goodness... I love the delicate petals and the way they change color over their short life in my home.
